The magic of a crisp and clear winter night sky is captured in this beautiful 18 karats gold-plated shooting star mobile. Part of Georg Jensen’s annual Christmas Collectibles collection, the star symbolizes the optimism and joy of the yuletide period as it twists and turns whilst hanging on a tree or in the window.
Danish designer Sanne Lund Traberg was inspired by Christmas night times and the starry sky above for her Christmas Collectibles collection for 2021. Initially creating each shape meticulously by hand cutting paper, Sanne creates forms that bring movement and lightness into the home.
The mobile is beautifully crafted from 18 karat gold plated brass in our own workshop in Denmark. It comes with both a traditional red ribbon and a seasonal blue one.
